The cast of “Modern Family” is back to filming, which means no more summer haircuts.
Ongoing contract negotiations led to a delayed start in filming for Season 4 of ABC’s highest-rated scripted series. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the stars of the show were holding out for $200,000 an episode.
But after only missing one table read, the cast reached a deal and returned to the set Tuesday, some showing off new looks from their time off over the summer.
Julie Bowen tweeted a photo of her TV-husband Ty Burrell, whose character Phil Dunphy is the clean-shaven type, rocking a Fu Manchu.
Sofia Vergara tweeted a photo of her TV-son Rico Rodriguez and TV-step-granddaughter Aubrey Anderson-Emmons both looking more grown-up since the hiatus began.
