‘Spider-Man’ $pins gold

“The Amazing Spider-Man” hasn’t lost its web-slinging box-office mojo.
The 3-D reboot of the Marvel Comics superhero’s story is set to net about $65 million over the three-day weekend. Since its debut six days ago, the Columbia/Sony film has grossed $140 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
It also set off box-office fireworks with $23.4 million in July 4th sales, second to “Transformers” ($27 million in 2007).
